Péché 2013 is a dry rosé made with only the juices of selective hand-picked De Chaunac and Seyval Noir berries. The must follows a short maceration (12hrs). The free run juice is transferred in another tank for the fermentation.
This rosé pairs well with summery dishes such as tomato dishes, salads and chicken.
It's a dry and refreshing rosé with exploding fruity flavors.
