Baco Reserve is made from 100% Baco Noir. Baco grape variety produces medium-size clusters of small grapes which is carefully hand-picked, destemmed and sorted to only keep the exquisite rich fruits.
Once the fermentation process finished, the wine is aged in American oak barrels for 14 months. With its deep ruby red color and its aromas of rich dark cherries and spices, the 2012 vintage is complex and bold. This wine has a very good aging potential.
