Cuvée Charlotte is a blissful marriage of Seyval and Greisenheim. Each varietal is hand-picked and fermented separately. Once the fermentation process finished, they are blended together in stainless steel vats, then bottled.
This dry vibrant white wine boasts a light nose releasing floral and fruity aromas of mandarins and pink grapefruit. On the palate Cuvée Charlotte exudes a lively taste of lychee and tangerine.
Blind tasted, this marriage of Seyval blanc and Geisenheim has loosen the tongues of many, who all thought that this beautiful terroir was from … outside Québec. Full of aromas, crisp and engagingly well-rounded… Jean Aubry, Le Devoir.com, Dec 16, 2011
