The nose of this expressive and precise white wine opens with aromas of ripe pear and star fruit, with a subtle floral hint. On the palate, the attack is lively, carried by flavors of exotic fruits and lime. The finish, tense and persistent, reveals a surprising salinity that gives the wine a beautiful mineral freshness. An incomparable wine!
