Bali qui rit, named after our Griffon Korthal, is a rosé that explodes with flavors of small red fruits. Wild strawberries, raspberries and just enough citrus to make it a fresh and refreshing wine.
Grape varieties : Seyval Noir (86 %) and Geisenheim (12%)
Color: Pronounced salmon pink
Harvest: Manual harvesting the first and second weeks of October
Aging: Fermented and aged in vats and then blended and bottled
